What is the Video Subtitle Eraser Feature?

Simply put, the Video Subtitle Eraser allows users to remove on-screen subtitles from videos with just one click, while retaining the main visual content. It supports multiple resolutions and formats for flexible use.

Currently, this feature supports a maximum video length of 22 minutes. If the uploaded video exceeds 2 minutes, the system will automatically process only the first 2 minutes.


How to Erase Video Subtitles with ViiTor AI?

1. Access the Video Subtitle Removal Interface

  1. Go to AI Tools After logging in, navigate to the Dashboard, click on AI Tools, and select Video Subtitle Removal from the list.
  2. Upload Your Video
    • File Requirements: Supported video formats with a maximum duration of 2 minutes.
    • You can upload a file directly from your device or select a previously uploaded video from My Videos.

2. Configure the Subtitle Removal Area

  1. Select the Subtitle Position
    • After uploading, the video status bar will appear on the right side of the interface. At the bottom left corner, you will see the Add Subtitle Removal Box button.
    • Click the button, and a purple floating box will appear on the video.
    • You can drag and resize this box to cover the subtitle area precisely.
  2. Start Removal
    • Once the removal box is properly positioned, click Start Removal to begin processing.
    • After processing is complete, you can review and download the processed file in My Videos.

  1. What is the maximum video length supported?
    • The feature supports videos up to 2 minutes in length. Longer videos will automatically be trimmed to the first 2 minutes.
  2. What video formats are supported?
    • Common formats such as MP4 and MOV are supported. For a complete list, please refer to the Help Center.
  3. How long will the processed files be saved?
    • Processed files will be stored in My Videos for 7 days. Please download and back up your files promptly.
  4. What if the removal effect is not ideal?
    • If the subtitle color is too close to the background or if the subtitles move dynamically, the removal effect may be affected. We recommend using high-quality video sources or combining this feature with other editing tools to further refine the result.
